Spilno Agency promotes a company that provides car repair services. Currently, we are promoting 3 websites for this client. For promotion , we use Google Ads and Meta Ads tools.

Since Meta Ads showed unstable results, we decided to look for a new channel that could generate leads. The client had a TikTok Ads account, but it was blocked.

Task 1:
Unblock the TikTok Ads account

It took 4 weeks, but communication with support and submitting all the documents to TikTok support achieved the goal and the account was unblocked.

Task 2:
Advertising car service on TikTok

The first month of work

We chose a strategy to drive traffic to the website. It took us 1 week to set up the pixel and prepare advertising campaigns. After another 2 weeks, it became clear that the traffic was not converting. During this time, we received 2-3 calls.

The good thing is that we always use and analyse the results of advertising campaigns through call tracking, so we were able to clearly track the effectiveness of leads that contacted us by phone.

In addition, analysing the reasons for this result, we used the Microsoft Clarity service to build a heatmap of the website and identify problems with the buttons. Users often visited the website, but the call button did not work. The Spilno Agency team recorded a video and sent it to the client for correction.

The first month had unsatisfactory results.

Second month of work

We changed the strategy. We decided to test ads on lead forms instead of the website, because there were problems with the website. We created 3 lead forms, one for each service. We integrated the lead form with Google Sheets so that the client immediately received the filled fields from customers in the Google Sheet. With Google Sheets, the client independently integrated the export of leads to the CRM system, so when the lead fills out the lead form, the lead goes directly to the client in CRM, which greatly increases the speed of lead processing, which in turn increases the conversion to sales.

Spilno Agency received the test budget allocated by the client for testing the channel in 2 weeks:

  • The number of received leads: 72.
  • Lead price: 92 UAH.

The channel was successfully verified and the client increased the advertising budget.

Conclusion: the new digital channel was successfully verified, although the first month was unsuccessful. In the second month, Spilno Agency picked up a strategy that gave a successful result and now the task is to scale it.
